Preparation For Your Session

After you schedule an appointment, I will send you the documentation required. There's really nothing else for you to do except to set an intention on what your soul needs to heal during the session.

Equipment

Laptop with camera facing the bed where you will be laying down. I must be able to see your whole face (side view is preferred). Please plug in the laptop!

Zoom application on your device.

Headset with microphone, no earbuds.

Please check all your equipment before the appointment

(sound settings, speaker and microphone).

Location

Quiet space where you will not be interrupted by people or pets. Your session is a private session. Even though spouses/partners/friends want to be with you to witness this amazing event it is a place where you need to feel completely safe that your confidentiality in all matters is observed. Because of this, no one else is allowed in your session. Your session will be video recorded. I will send you a copy of your session via WeTransfer.com You may share your recording or any memories or thoughts at your discretion.

Caffeine and Diet

Limit your use of caffeine for 2-3 days before your session. On the day of your session, if you normally have 2 cups of coffee in the morning, cut it down to one cup – just enough to keep you from getting a caffeine withdrawal headache. The intention is to go into wonderful altered state of relaxation. A clean live diet (fresh fruits and vegetables) is always recommended. Drink plenty of water. Water is a conductor for energy and that’s exactly what we are going to do during your session: channeling and moving energy.

No Recreational Drugs or Alcohol

Don’t drink alcohol or take recreational drugs the night before and/or the day of your appointment. The session will not be conducted if you are under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other substances that alter your state of awareness. Do not take any pills to relax you. This may jeopardize the success of the session, because I need you awake and focused. Take any prescription medications that you normally take.

Practice Relaxation prior to the session.

This is an exercise that you could do to get into a wonderful state of relaxation.

Just close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath and then to any part of your body where you notice tension. Breathe into that space until you feel the tension lessen or dissolve. Remain in that space for as long as you can, locating any tension until your entire body is easily and effortlessly relaxed.

Practice meditation, listen to some soothing music, take walks in nature, drink plenty of water.

Your session

On the day of your appointment before the hypnosis session, I will spend time getting to know you, review your issues and questions and spend time discussing what to expect and not to expect.

The actual hypnosis session takes place right after the discussion.

Each hypnosis session is totally unique and you will experience exactly what you need. Release any expectation of what you should feel like when you’re in that wonderful state of relaxation or what your session will be like. Hypnosis is not sleep. You will be wide awake and aware during your whole experience. You are never unconscious.
Since hypnosis is not sleep, coming out of that wonderful state of relaxation doesn’t feel like a dream you wake up from. It feels more like a daydream, and the majority of people know exactly what they’re saying at all times and remember mostly everything.
Most people think they’re making it all up. That’s normal because hypnosis is a normal altered state of focused awareness and will not feel much different than daydreaming. The best advice is have an open mind and no expectations. Your subconscious will be navigating the session. Enjoy the experience and let the Universe take care of the details.
